1 in 5 Wellness Festival

Let’s celebrate wellness and learn how to create a healthier and balanced lifestyle by attending the 1 in 5 Wellness Festival to be held on Saturday, September 14, 10 a.m.- 2 p.m., at the Shelter Cove Community Park, 39 Shelter Cove Ln, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. 

The event will have live music, food, raffles, activities for both kids and adults, yoga, wellbeing local resources, and much more. This is an event for all family members.

1 in 5 Wellness Festival is an initiative to bring awareness to the fact that 1 in 5 people can develop a mental illness in their lifetime. Some of these health conditions are stress, depression, anxiety, alienation and, sadly, sometimes self-harm and suicide.
