Join us at the Coastal Discovery Museum as Master Navigators Doug Nelson and Howard Heckrotte help you learn the art of navigation and discover the methods sailors used 500 years ago.  You will learn to plot a course using a sextant, quadrant, compass, and chronometer.  Learn how these 16th century tools advanced European discovery and exploration of the New World.

Cost is $7 per person for in-person, and $5 for virtual viewing.  Reservations are required and may be made by calling 843-689-6767 ext. 223.
