Heyward House Public Day - 19th Century Games

Come join us at the Heyward House for Public Days! Public Days are one-hour-long historical and culturally educational activity for children and parents! Have you ever wondered what kind of games children played in the 19th century? Come join us at the Heyward House on Saturday, September 22nd from 11:00-12:00 pm to find out! You and your child can learn how to play 19th century games like rolling hoop, marbles, cup and ball, and buzz-saw to see how they compare to the games we play today! The cost to participate is $5 for children, and $10 for adults. Adults are not required to participate, but must accompany children for the duration of the program. Reservations are required.
