Here comes the 47th Anniversary of Mayfest coordinated by The Rotary Club of Bluffton!  We are excited to be back this year and are planning for a great event  which will feature more than 130 artists and food vendors.

Mayfest, also known as The Bluffton Mayfest, is considered one of the best hometown festivals in the country and ADMISSION IS FREE!! Get ready for an outstanding event featuring local and regional arts and crafts, great music, and delectable local foods up and down the street, our hilarious Ugly Dog contest and the messy, funny, pie eating contest.

October 17–18, 2026

Celebrate 22 years of tradition with plenty of activities showcasing locally harvested seafood and Lowcountry cuisine while highlighting the rich history and culture of the area. The celebration culminates with a juried fine art show and street fest on October 17th and 18th. 

The highlight of the festival has always been the Street Fest. The 2026 Street Fest will be held Saturday October 17th & Sunday October 18th.

It includes a juried fine art show featuring over 100 artists from ten different states displaying and selling art, delicious food provided by the area’s premier culinary spots, along with great music and entertainment.

Embrace a new year of artists with Palmetto Bluff's first Artist in Residence for 2026, Mary Benson. Inspired by post-impressionism and Fauvism, this Charleston-based painter looks at nature’s beautiful forms through a lens of color and light. Using her chosen medium of textured oil over acrylic washes, she creates vibrant creations that reflect her love of the outdoors and capture the beauty all around us. Join us as we welcome Mary to FLOW Gallery + Workshop for a casual drop-in offering light refreshments and stunning views of the May River.
