We need bees! Bees have proven to be vital pollinators and most of the food we eat depends on bees in one way or another. Learn about the fascinating biology and social structure of honey bees and take a closer look at honey bees at work through the glass wall of an observation hive at the Coastal Discovery Museum. Through hands-on experiences learn more about and get a taste of what honey bees make. Make your own beeswax products to take home and enjoy.
